What a great app. But, is it a security risk?

I had been looking for a way to look at my calendar and compare it to what _actually_ gets done.

Anupom, thanks for the quick reply. I think the bosses prefer the the java app as oppose to the online version for control/security reasons though if you're able to add the multiple calendar export to the online version I'm sure they'll get over it. In truth, your other project:

http://code.google.com/p/google-timesheet/

Seam's like it would be perfect, though there doesn't appear to be an available download, is this functional and if so, how do I get a copy and run it?

Hi Phil,

Thanks for your comment. I was really curious if this app works perfectly with google app and Mac OS.

I can understand your problem, doing this for 60 times must be a very hectic task. But I am not sure if this is a common problem for many users. Have you tried the online version of this app? You can find it here http://gcal2excel.syamantics.com/ What about adding this feature to the online version as I am currently trying to support the online version only? You know maintaining two different apps that do the same thing is troublesome. Let me know if this will be helpful.

I think defaulting the app to a monthly/weekly/bi-weekly and daily window is a very good idea. I will add this to the online version.

Thanks again.

Wow, what a great app. The jar works perfectly on Mac OS 10.5, just download and double click to run. We just switched to Google App's and the office manager needs to total time from 15 users Google Calendars each month. Each user has 4 calendars.

Apparently, on a Mac, you can simply duplicate your great app 4 times for each users calendar (or 60 times in total in our case) and the specific calendar information will be retained in each copy of the app, though it would be nice if in one app you could have multiple calendar ID's for the same User Name (in our case 4 ID's) which outputs each calendar to the same excel spread sheet with subtotals for each calendar, then a grand total at the end.

Outside of that my only other request would be to have the app default to a 30 or 31 day window for the current month (instead of the current day), or perhaps a check box for default to current day, bi-weekly, or month since bi-weekly or month is how most people run their timesheets. Awesome app.
