Checklist for the DesktopAlert update1

1. Provide method for setting actionListener to the DesktopAlert
2. Provide method for setting sound
3. The alert should pop-up from the right position concerning the taskbar size & position.
4. Remove the bug : the taskbar should be always on top of the alert.
