Desktop-Alert source uploaded
I have uploaded the code, executable & documentation to the google code. The project is released under GNU LGPL. Here’s the link to the repository of the project.

To see DesktopAlert in action, save DesktopAlert.jar & test.gif from http://desktop-alert.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/exec/ to a local folder, then run the jar file.
To view the API documentation click here.
JDK1.5 is required for compiling & JRE 1.5 is required for running.
